Contest Rules
To be entered to win one of five (5) exciting prize packages described below, open a new Kasasa Checking or Kasasa Checking with Saver Account/s OR ask to be entered into the contest when your qualifications are met with your new or existing Kasasa account and rewards are paid during the “Promotion Period”.
Promotion Period: The contest begins at 9:00 a.m., March 4, 2024, and ends at 6:00 p.m. May 31st, 2024.
Prize Packages:
- Backyard BBQ package. Traeger Pro Smoker, Yeti Cooler, smokeless fire pit, and all the accessories you need to get started in the backyard.
- Flyfishing package. 9’ Colorado XT Pontoon boat, with a Montana-made R.L. Winston rod, Orvis reel, and all the gear to get you on the water.
- Milwaukee tool package. 9-Tool….3 lithium-ion cordless tool kit combo, workbench, socket wrenches, and more tools to complete the job.
- Golf Package. TaylorMade Stealth Irons, Stealth II Driver, 54-degree wedge, and golf bag.
- Bike Package. Specialized mountain bike, Yeti cooler, Patagonia backpack, and Thule camber 4 bike rack.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
How to enter:
There are three (3) ways to enter the contest during the Promotion Period: 1) Open a new Kasasa Checking or Kasasa Checking with Saver Account/s and fill out your 50th Anniversary Prize Drawing Ticket at that time. 2) If you are an existing Kasasa Account Holder before the Promotion Period, stop into any bank location and fill out a 50th Anniversary Prize Drawing Ticket making sure to check the account qualifier box, then put in drop box or give to a Bank Representative. 3) To enter without purchase, send a 3” x 5” postcard with your name, phone number, and email address, postmarked no later than May 21, 2024, to Three Rivers Bank of Montana, Attn: Ashley King-Jones, P.O. Box 7250, Kalispell, MT 59901-0250.
Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age and older as of March 4, 2024, or Canadian Residents who have existing accounts with Three Rivers Bank or who want to open and account. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited. Employees, Directors, and Officers of Three Rivers Bank and their families are not eligible. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Drawing: A random drawing from the pool of all entrants will be held on June 7, 2024. The drawing will be conducted by Bank personnel. Three Rivers Bank will notify winners by phone and or email. All decisions are final on matters related to this contest.
Odds: Actual odds of winning the Grand Prize and monthly prizes depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
Prize Restrictions: Any expenses not specified relating to the acceptance and use of a prize are the responsibility of each recipient. All prize details are at Three Rivers Bank’s sole discretion.
Additional Terms: By participating, entrants agree to: a) the Official Rules, which shall be final in all respects; and b) release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Three Rivers Bank, and its officers, directors, and employees, from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation in the drawing and the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to, where legal, Three Rivers Bank's and its designees' use of his/her name for advertising and publicity purposes without compensation and, upon request, will provide consent to such use in writing.
Limitation of Liability: Three Rivers Bank is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any related materials, or for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or postage due mail or entries. Three Rivers Bank reserves the right to cancel or modify the drawing if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the drawing as determined by Three Rivers Bank at its sole discretion. This drawing is governed by the laws of the United States, for the resolution of all claims and disputes.
